Services are provided by a qualified massage therapist and osteopathy student.
Treatments provided at Kudu Wellness are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or medical treatment. Clients should seek advice from a medical practitioner when appropriate.
3. Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked through the website or via the online booking system.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the information provided during booking is accurate.
4. Cancellation Policy
We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.
This policy helps ensure appointment availability for other clients.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. The full appointment fee may still apply.

Payment is due at the time of treatment.
